Email is the simplest way. Write even if you only have a question about a piece, or cannot decide which pattern is right for you.
I reply within 1–2 working days on weekdays. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line.
What I can help with
- Custom request — a size, a colour, or a figure that is not in the shop. Describe what you have in mind and I will tell you how long it takes and what it costs.
- Question about a pattern — if you are stuck, send a photo of where you are. A photo makes it far easier to say what went wrong.
- Anything about an order — tracking, exchange, return.
- Larger orders — if you want several pieces as gifts, let me know in advance, because the making time is longer then.
Where else to find me
I post step photos and half-finished pieces on Instagram and Pinterest. I reply faster there, but anything to do with an order we handle by email so there is a record of it.
