If you have never crocheted, start here. Four basic stitches, practised on a small heart — done in about ninety minutes, and you end up holding something.
What you will learn
Chain, single crochet, increase, decrease. That is most of what amigurumi needs; the dragon pattern builds on exactly these.
What you will need
Any medium-weight cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. A handful of stuffing if you want to fill it.
