Downloads and licence

What you may do with a pattern you bought, and what you may not.

Draft — this text is still being finalised.

About the download

The download link is available right after payment and arrives by email too. It is valid for 72 hours and at most 5 downloads. If it expires, write to me — I will send a new one, free.

The pattern comes as a PDF. Save your own copy: I do not keep the link forever, but the file itself is yours to use without limit.

What you may do

  • Crochet from it for yourself or as gifts, as many times as you like.
  • Sell what you made from it — in small numbers, made by your own hands. A mention of whose pattern it was is appreciated but not required.
  • Change it to your own taste.

What you may not

  • Share the file. Not by email, not in a group, not in cloud storage. If someone likes it, send them a link to the site.
  • Pass on or sell the pattern — not as it is, not rewritten, not translated.
  • Mass-produce from it. Making it by hand is the point.
  • Use my photos to advertise your own product.

Free patterns

The same applies to free patterns. Costing nothing does not mean less work went into them.
